DO NOT BANK HERE! They won't let you deposit you check from WORK! This branch is the whole reason I'm closing my brand new account with them! That's only a week old!

I called Gardendale branch and after being on hold for 15 min and talking to 3 different people (explaining the same thing over and over as if they sent even telling anyone I'm on the phone waiting) the guy on the phone explains that without the check in front of him he can't give me an answer and "the bank manager leaves in about five minutes I don't know how far away you live but if you can make it here before she leaves you can talk to her"!!!!.......

I received amazing costumer service when I walked in to put money in a friends account! I walked up to the tellers inside the bank, I was served instantly, no line they had probably 3-4 tellers working the front, I deposited the money fast and easy with no hassle. While putting the money in the account the lady asked where I banked and If I was happy there. I replied " I am happy, with the exception they are not open Saturday and I probably will open n account soon with some one" she replies with the information that they have a promo for new costumers along with how they are open until 6pm on Friday and 1pm on Saturday. I LOVE IT. Going back Friday to set up my account!
