Service Department Unsatisfactory.Took vehicle in and was told fuel pump needed replaced.Cost almost $1000.Did not fix problem!Went back twice was told unable to diagnose the exact issue to wait. 4th trip told that varmants had chewed something near the engine (nowhere near the fuel pump) quoted $275 just to look and diagnose something that should have been fixed and NOTICED during initial visit. Still not fixed or resolved. At this point I have feelings of confusion and TRUSTWORTHY concerns.
These guys are great. I was going to purchase a Chevrolet Spark from them but unfortunately they are currently being recalled. My business already used them to purchase one last year and I was coming back this year for another. They had the courtesy to call me ahead of time to let me know about the recall and the time frame of it possibly being fixed. They did not try to pressure me to come into their location and even told me that they did not want to waste me time with a run around. I still went to speak with them and see their used inventory. The salesman was incredibly nice and even the owner came out to speak with me. They offered me an amazing deal on a used car but unfortunately it did not meet my needs. I only wish the recall had not occurred so I could have purchased my second spark from here. In all I was very impressed by their prices, hands on approach, honesty, and commitment to their customers. The owner even does a lot to help out local charities. It is great to have such a wonderful business in my community and I would certainly recommend them.
