Isles are way too narrow. Electronics dept has been enlarged which means they carry less of everything else. Many items are unpriced & they removed their scanners that allowed you to scan the price yourself. Most employees are unfriendly & lack knowledge of where products are located. I prefer to order online & really hate having to go there in person. The only smiling, friendly employees you see are in their commercials! There are SOME exceptions to the last comment, but truly helpful &/or friendly employees are few & far between.
I spent a lot of money, as always. My experience was good. I mainly went to buy cat food, but I bought things that were not on my list. It was a pleasant experience and I found everything on my list.
Cleaner than any other Wal-Mart I've been to. Money center is pretty good taking care of u so u can go shop or whatever. Definitely a lot lot lot lot lot lot lot better than the Hood Mart at the end of Roebuck Parkway. All Wal-Marts I've been to all have on major issue that's y I give 4 stars, that's a billion and 2 registers with 5 open as managers will walk by and not help the fellow working guy get to finally get outta there lol
Walmart is one of the best low cost retailers on the planet. Gardendale store has always been clean and the merchandise is easy to locate. Their new pick-up service is amazing. The attendants are mostly very helpful and patient. I am doing this review after Christmas shopping so things are a little off. I highly recommend this store as a low-cost retailer.
I actually enjoy shopping at this Walmart. They do a good job of keeping it clean and organized most of the time, and the employees are helpful. The tire and oil employees are nice as well, but service can take a very long time.
