Absolutely horrible dry cleaning service... It's a shame too, because the staff seem to be a good group of people.
I've given this place a ton of chances.... Friendly staff, but absolutely terrible at what they do. I have to iron the shirts I get back 90% of the time. I had several shirts that came back with brown water stains on different areas of the shirt. I took a white shirt to them for cleaning. The shirt came back with a stain all around the collar. I returned the shirt to have them give it another shot... I now have a white shirt with a stained collar thanks to this place.
Excellent, Very friendly and good service. Clothes were pressed well and ready when promised. Even replaced broken buttons on shirts. I do recomend
This facility has been my regular cleaners for several years now. Their prices are reasonable and they notify me promptly whenever they encounter an issue with my orders. They do not clean heavy suede but they notified me of this and recommended another cleaner who does perform this service.
Used them to clean my new peacoat ..had hundreds of pills when i got it back and on top of that, it wasn't even clean! they cleaned it a second time and it still didn't look very clean. will NEVER go back!
Did not like the service there,would not use again
I took a $400 crimson blazer to them for cleaning. Apparently, they decided that the collar crease wasn't right. The collar now creases to a point BELOW the first jacket button. I thought about taking it back to have them try again... I'm just going to cut my losses and go elsewhere.
