This location needs a remodel or relocated to another part of town. The place on the inside looks old and I'm not sure i want to go in detail on how nasty the backroom looks in just peering through the drive through window. Really made me question on whether or not I wanted to eat there again. Haven't been since. The food was warm at best but the service and friendliness was lacking. Waiting too long for food and rude employees. I really like Wendy's, but I really do think if they either remodeled, rebuilt, or relocated to another part of town it would do better and would ensure repeat business. Coming from a small town, and seeing how our Wendy's was an old dump to what it is now speaks volume. I wish that for Gardendale. I think the service would improve, the food would be better, and management and it's employees would have a better motive and outlook working there.

Not sure, pulled out of drive thru after 12 minutes with only 3 cars ahead and what looked like noone inside.
