Wonderful love this vet!
Very nice and made my dog feel very welcomed
I've used this pet clinic for as long as I can remember. My parents use it and now I use it. I've always had wonderful things to say about it. But, today, I called to ask if they might treat pet rats (they don't, which is understandable and absolutely fine). My point is, I called and asked and before I could even get my question out the woman at the desk answering phones said no and hung up on me. Like I was a burden for asking a simple question. I understand sometimes they're busy but there is never an acceptable excuse to be rude. I couldn't hear the woman's name otherwise I'd put it on. But I have never had someone be rude to me like that. It was very appalling.
Love using this vets office. Very personable.
The staff here helped me through a terrible and difficult time. They greeted me with smiles, compassion and an eagerness to serve when I needed it most. God bless.
