The actual visit was efficient but the whole process is like being a cow is a processing plant. But it was worth the visit except one problem.
Very disappointing. I would have been a new customer (family of 4) I called and made my appointments for my kids and I showed up and the ladies in the front told me they would clean my 10 year olds teeth but that would be all bc their X-ray machine wouldn’t fit his mouth that they only go to age 12....Then she came back and said they would NOT clean his teeth bc they couldn’t X-ray his teeth. This was an 8:00 appointment mine was at 8:30 and my 12 year olds was the following day. I sat there and thought how rude that they didn’t even seem like they care they completely inconvenienced my day and not even the dentist came out and apologized Keep in mind they took all my information and dates of birth before I came in on a Friday. She said she tried to call me which I did receive a missed phone call to which I called back and received no answer 20 minutes before my appointment to let me know. It really makes them appear incompetent For the answering service not to know what age their dental office accepts and the fact they just did not care that they wasted my time shows lack of customer service. Very unprofessional
It had been quite a while since I'd been to the dentist, and I knew I was going to need a good bit of work done. The staff was so kind, incredibly thorough, and took great care to walk me through each step. I didn't feel pressured to do any extra things that didn't pertain to my immediate needs. They scheduled appointments for me with another office when they couldn't meet my immediate need that day. I never thought I'd say this, but I look forward to visiting the office again. I was thankful to have found them!
Great place!! The staff was nice and polite and VERY informative. They informed me of things other dentists never even told me. I went in b/c I had an exposed nerve and was having SEVERE pain. Unfortunately they couldn't take out my tooth that is bothering me b/c of my wisdom tooth laying on it's side and they were afraid the tooth that's bothering me would grab the wisdom tooth on its way out. Any other dentis would have just probably pulled the tooth w/out even considering that. They were awesome
I was very impressed with how clean the facility was and how efficient and friendly the staff were. I have no insurance and they did my exam for free and told me everything I needed to have done. I went back the next day and had a tooth surgically removed and never felt any pain during the procedure. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to everyone.
The receptionist is a complete ass. I just blew it off to having a bad day the first visit, but the behavior was the same for my second visit. I have a lot of dental work that needs to be done and the reason I will not be getting it done is the rudeness of the receptionist. I do not expect to have my butt kissed but I do expect someone to at least listen to me and answer my question with patience. She has a habit of answering your question before you finish asking it. Sometimes she is right and sometimes I have to repeat the question because she assumed the question was different from what it was... Either way it shows she is not really listening to you. A HORRIBLE person to have as your contact with the public.
