I've been bring my son here for a few years now. My son loved this place. Amy Parvin is a very sweet person. We have never had a problem until a few weeks ago. My son has never missed a visit. My son and I were on the way to his appointment and my car broke down. I call and left a message. The office was closed for lunch. The appointment was at 1pm. I called back at 1pm which was when they came back form lunch and I explained what happen. The appointment was rescheduled. When I came in for the rescuheduled appointment the office staff told me I had to pay $25 for missing the last appointment. The lady at the counter "Monica" was very unprofessional and rude because I didn't have the $25. Monica called a few days later to confirm Noah's next appointment. I told her that he wouldn't be coming because I wasn't going to pay the $25. Monica then got really rude and said she would pull his file and we could find somewhere else. So we have found a new place. I wouldn't recommend this place. Very rude office staff "Monica"
Incredible staff!! Very caring with my kids and we love Dr Parvin!!!! Would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist!
We have come to Dr. Parvin ever since she opened her practice. My children, now 18 and 16, were babies at the time. We have ALWAYS had excellent care and service from Dr. Parvin and her staff... I would not go to anyone else for the dental needs of my kids, and I will continue to recommend her for anyone who needs a pediatric dentist!
